Each GTC Series airfoil is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. Manufactured using pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets, the wing offers superior strength with minimal weight.

The motorsport-grade production process includes:

  • Pre-preg composite layup

  • Vacuum bagging

  • High-temperature autoclave curing

  • Precision aluminum billet molds

Aircraft-Grade Mounting System

The airfoil is supported by 10mm aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum pedestals, finished in a durable flat black powder coat. This high-strength mounting system provides stability and reliability during aggressive driving and high-speed conditions.
