Unlike cheaper vacuum-infused or wet carbon alternatives, our panel is crafted using autoclave-cured pre-preg carbon fiber, the same advanced process used in aerospace and motorsports. This results in a panel that is significantly lighter, stronger, and more dimensionally accurate with a tight weave and zero surface distortion.
Why Pre-Preg is Better than Vacuum-Infused Carbon:
Pre-preg carbon fiber comes pre-impregnated with resin and is cured under high heat and pressure in an autoclave. This removes air pockets and excess resin, producing a stronger, lighter, and more precise part. In contrast, vacuum-infused or wet carbon parts often suffer from excess weight, weaker structural integrity, and visible waviness.
