C7 Corvette NoviStretch™ Front End Mask Cover

The C7 Corvette NoviStretch™ Front End Mask Cover is a stretch-mesh bra that covers the full front fascia of your car and takes the rock chips, bugs and road tar that would otherwise hit your paint. The fabric is perforated, so air and water pass through rather than collecting against the clear coat. It mounts on hidden black snap hardware, with no drilling and no permanent changes to the car.

• Fits 2014 to 2019 C7 Corvettes, including the Stingray, Z51, Grand Sport, Z06 and ZR1
• Fits coupes and convertibles

Which option should I choose?

Standard covers almost every C7. Choose it for any Stingray, Z51, Grand Sport, Z06 or ZR1 that does not have the Z07 track aero fitted.

Z07 Package is for cars ordered with the Z07 Performance Package and still running its track-use winglets and end plates. That means a 2015 to 2019 Z06 or a 2017 to 2019 Grand Sport built with Z07. Those front corners need different mounting hardware, which NoviStretch supplies at no extra charge. The mask and the price are the same either way, so this option simply tells us to include the alternate hardware with your order.

If your car was built with Z07 but the winglets and end plates have since been taken off, choose Standard. If you are not sure what is on your car, get in touch before you order and we will help you work it out.

Installation

The mask secures with snap fasteners built into the design. You replace a set of existing screws around the front of the car with the snap-head studs supplied in the box, then stretch the mask across the bumper and snap it on. That one-time setup is the only part that takes any real time. After it is done, the mask goes on and comes off in a couple of minutes, and there is no cutting, drilling or permanent change to the car.

A front license plate can be mounted over the mask. The screw holes will not run the fabric.

Good to know before you order

• Front parking camera. On cars fitted with the front camera, the mask covers it while it is installed. Take the mask off before you rely on that system.
• Low ground clearance. If your car sits at 5" or less because of splitters or ground effects, watch for parking blocks, curbs and steep driveways. Contact with those can tear the mask.
• Track use. The mask was built for street and highway driving. Owners have run it at track events with good results, though the debris and speeds out there wear it faster, and NoviStretch does not guarantee how it performs on track.

Airflow and operating temperatures

The mask does reduce airflow somewhat, and you may see a small rise in temperatures, more so in heavy rain. Working with manufacturers, dealers and thousands of owners, NoviStretch has found those temperatures stay inside the acceptable range and never climb to the point of overheating. They have run the mask on Z06 and ZR1 Corvettes and on other high-horsepower cars built to force as much air into the engine as possible, including long stretches in extreme conditions, without a reported problem.

Because the mesh is perforated rather than solid, it covers the full front end and shields the grilles and radiators instead of leaving them open to debris.

Care

Rinse the mask with water to clear dirt and debris, squeeze it out and let it air dry. Hand wash only when it needs it, using a concentrated soap solution on the dirty areas. No bleach, no fabric softener, no clothes dryer. Make sure the paint under the mask is clean and free of sand and grit before you install it, and take the mask off before a pressure washer or an automatic car wash.
