C6 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette Center Console Reupholstery Kit
This product is handmade in Europe and can take up to eight weeks to arrive. No returns or exchanges accepted.
What This Is
A custom-sewn leather cover that you glue onto your existing 2005-2013 Corvette center console (tunnel). It does not include console parts.

Installation

You'll remove the console cover, glue the leather on in sections, wrap and trim the edges, and reinstall.

Photos show a C5 console; the C6 process is the same.
Step 1. Test-fit before gluing so the seams are centered. If you have our armrest lid cover, line the tunnel seams up with its seams; installing both together makes this easiest. Align any embroidery to the rear edge.
Step 2. Glue the rear section first. Lay the leather on from the bottom edge, aligning it between the screw holes, and work toward the back. Don't over-stretch it in the recess, or it can lift later.
Step 3. Let the rear set 10-15 minutes, then glue one side at a time, working from the rear forward. Keep glue off the key hole.
Step 4. Glue along the back side of the edges and stretch the leather over them, making small V-cuts at curves and seams so it lies flat.
Step 5. Once it's set, trim the leather at the hinges, around the rubber bumpers, and anywhere it could keep the lid from closing.
Step 6. Make one small cut at the lock so the key can pass through; the leather flexes enough to lock and unlock.
Leather care: apply a leather conditioner with UV protection every 4-6 weeks to keep it from drying out and cracking.
