Top Core Charge Instructions
Core Return Instructions
Your new replacement top will come with paperwork that includes an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization number), a return address, and instructions on what qualifies your old top as an acceptable core. You must include RGA# to receive your core charge back.
After inspection, pack your old core top in the box that came with your replacement top and ship it to the address provided in the paperwork.
Once we receive and inspect your returned top, if it meets the criteria for an acceptable core, we will issue a $400 credit.
Please note that the cost of return shipping for the core top is the responsibility of the customer.

These roofs are sold on an exchange basis and require a $400 refundable core charge. You have 2 options:

$400 Core Refundable: Pay the $400 core charge and your refurbished roof ships immediately. Once we receive your old roof, we’ll issue a $400 refund.

$400 Non-Refundable: if you do not have a core to exchange. The $400 charge will apply with no refund.
