The Corvette Stingray Gift Guide: Gifts for C2, C3, C7 & C8 Fans
Holiday Gift Guide
The Corvette Stingray Gift Guide
Gifts for the Stingray fan on your list, from the C2 Sting Ray to the mid-engine C8.
Stingray is the name Corvette people come back to. It started with a race car, went on the 1963 Sting Ray, returned on the C3, and has been on the badge again since 2014. So "a Stingray gift" can mean four very different cars, and the right one depends on which Stingray your person loves. This guide is sorted by generation to make that easy. Pick the car, then the gift.
C2 Sting Ray: 1963–1967
Two words, and the car that made the name famous.
Bill Mitchell's Stingray Racer set the look in 1959, and the production car arrived in 1963 as the Sting Ray, spelled as two words. The 1963 coupe is the split-window, the only year it had one. For a C2 fan, the gifts that land best are the ones that show the car itself or wear the original script.

Shop NowC3 Stingray: 1969–1976
One word, long hood, and the Coke-bottle shape.
The C3 launched in 1968 without the name. It came back in 1969 as a single word, Stingray, and stayed on the fenders through 1976. C3 people tend to love the garage as much as the car, so signs, clocks and a good diecast are all safe bets.
