Brakes are the one system on a Corvette that is both safety-critical and permanently on display. Caliper covers are where most owners start, because they change the look of all four corners for a fraction of what a big brake kit costs. From there the category branches: polished stainless covers for the master cylinder, booster and ABS module; mesh screens that keep debris out of the brake ducts; performance pads, rotors and braided lines for cars that see track time; and reproduction hardware for the early cars. This guide is organized by category rather than by brand, so you can go straight to the part you need — and every listing notes which cars and which brake package it fits.
Caliper Covers
The most popular brake upgrade we sell, and the one that changes the look of all four corners. Custom-fit powder coated covers for the C4 through C8, made to order in 3–6 weeks. Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Brake package matters as much as generation. This is the single most common ordering mistake in this category. Caliper covers, pads, and rotors are cut for one specific caliper, and several generations shipped with two completely different brake packages.
A C7 Stingray ordered with the Z51 package runs the larger J55 brake; a C7 Grand Sport runs a cast-iron J56. Those take different covers and they are not interchangeable. The C6 splits the same way, between Base cars and the big brake package on the Z06, Grand Sport, and 427. Cars ordered with the Z07 package use carbon-ceramic brakes, and no cover set here fits those.
You can confirm your brake package from the RPO codes on the Service Parts Identification label inside your glovebox or console lid. Wheel clearance matters too: the C4 and C5 caliper cover sets need 17-inch wheels or larger, the C6, C8, and C7 Grand Sport need 18-inch, and the C7 Z51 needs 19-inch. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering.
Every caliper cover set is machined from aerospace grade aluminum and mounts with a patented stainless steel fastening system — clips included, no drilling and no caliper disassembly. They are designed to dissipate brake heat rather than trap it, they deflect the brake dust that otherwise bakes onto the inside face of your spokes, and they lift off in a few minutes when it is time for pads or rotors. All are backed by a three-year manufacturer warranty. Five powder coat colors are offered — Black, Blue, Red, White, and Yellow — plus a designated-finish option for a factory paint match.
