1. Your replacement top arrives with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, a return address, and the criteria that qualify your old top as an acceptable core.
2. Do not send your core back until your new roof is fully installed, adjusted, and road tested. Once you’re satisfied with the fit, pack your old core in the box your replacement arrived in.
3. Ship to the return address provided in your paperwork. You must include the RGA# so we can identify your core on arrival. Return shipping on the core is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Once your core passes inspection, a $500 refund is issued.
