Each Delco Moraine caliper is cleaned, shot-blasted, re-tapped, bored, and sleeved with stainless steel, then assembled with new pad pins, rubber seals, dust boots, bleeders, and aluminum pistons — tested with high-pressure nitrogen before receiving a red powder coat finish.
