Fan Friday: Susan and Tony Klimczak’s 2022 C8 Corvette "Wilma"
This week’s Fan Friday takes us on the road with Susan and Tony Klimczak and their beautiful 2022 C8 Corvette, affectionately named “Wilma.” The name holds special meaning, inspired by Wilma Rudolph, the first American woman to win three gold medals in a single Olympic Games, and renowned as the fastest woman in the world during the 1950s and 60s. Much like its namesake, this C8 Corvette is sleek, fast, and leaves a lasting impression wherever it goes.
The Klimczaks enjoy nothing more than taking Wilma on road trips, with their favorite destination being the scenic shores of southern Lake Michigan in Douglas, Michigan. The Corvette’s performance and comfort make it the perfect companion for those long drives, while its bold design ensures it always stands out.
Do you have a Corvette story to share? We'd love to hear it! Submit your story and pictures to info@carolinaonlineretail.com for a chance to be our next Fan Friday feature.

Thanks for posting & Wilma says Hello! She is currently sharing her stable with her older rear and mid engine siblings, 2000 Honda S2000 & their tiny sister Toyota 2001 MR2 Spyder. She has spent her time traveling to Mrtyle Beach SC , Pigeon Forge TN, Asheville NC, Churchill Downs, & up north to shores of Wisconsin. She’ll be spending most of her time this year at America’s National Park of Speed Road America enjoying the races. We’ll keep you posted on her travels! So far she’s having fun & doing great!
We Purchased a Torch Red 2023 C8-Z51-3LT Corvette. We also have a 2019 BMW 850M Coupe that we are comparing the Corvette with. We are interested in getting involved with Corvette Gatherings and purchasing extra’s.
