Fan Friday: Honoring Rosie - A 1994 Corvette with a Special Meaning

It’s another Fan Friday, and we've got an extraordinary Corvette to showcase. This week, we're featuring a 1994 Corvette in the rare Black Rose Metallic owned by Steven Dececco and his wife, Angela.

The story behind this Corvette, affectionately named "Rosie," is as unique as the car itself. Over the years, Steven and Angela have had the good fortune of owning several beautiful Corvettes, but this one holds a special place in their hearts. They always wanted a car to honor Angela's late mother, Rose. When they found this one-owner ‘94 in the special Black Rose Metallic color, they knew it was meant to be.

Rosie is more than just a car; she’s a tribute. With 49,000 original miles, Rosie is in exceptional condition and recently earned an impressive 97% score on her first try at the NCRS Top Flight at the June Florida Chapter Judging Event. Steven and Angela fully intend to enter her in the upcoming NCRS Regional in January 2025. Rosie has also won trophies at two local car shows, adding to her growing list of accolades.

Steven and Angela know that Rose is looking over them, and they are sure she would be proud of this beautiful tribute.

Thank you, Steven, for sharing Rosie’s story with us. Your Corvette is a shining example of the love and memories that often drive our passion for these incredible cars.

Do you have a Corvette story to share? We'd love to hear it! Send your story and pictures to us at info@carolinaonlineretail.com for a chance to be our next Fan Friday feature.
