Q: How do I keep track of my items while I'm shopping?
A: Whenever you need to refer back to what is in your cart or what your total is, Your shopping cart is always on the right side of any page for you to go back to. Simply Click on "View Cart" link in the shopping cart box on the right to return to your cart.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Shipping is based on weight and price to be calculated at checkout. *Please note that oversized items may be subject to additional charges.

Q: Can I have an item shipped to an address other than my own?
A: Yes, During the checkout process simply click on the checkbox marked "Click here to ship to a different address" on the "Profile Detail's" page located below the field "Billing Address". It's that easy.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Simply log into your account on the right side of our site in the box marked "Authentication" or click on "Orders History" in the shopping cart box, after you have logged-in use the search to find the order you want to track. To track an order shipped, you will only need to click the 'Track it!' button on the bottom of the details page of the respective order, and you will be redirected to FedEx where all the necessary information can be obtained.

Q: I need to return an item; how do I do so?
A: For returns to be allowed we must be contacted within 30 days of purchase via email. You will receive a full cash refund minus initial shipping and in some cases, a 15% restocking fee. Click here for the full details of our return policy

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We process all orders within 24 hours of placement. Because many of our items are custom made, Standard domestic shipping generally occurs within 7-10 business days, International orders are generally 3-4 weeks. Please note that many multiple item orders arrive in separate packages.
